Just like any other loyalty rewards program, we give our StyleMelon users cashback as Melons points, which are credited to their user account. Melons vary according from store to store. Melons can be seen in user account page and on redeem tab of user account. Melons are point system unique to StyleMelon, which customers earn by uploading bills of qualified merchant on StyleMelon.com. These Melons can be used to get e-vouchers of different companies from user account in Redeem Melons.
No, you can't order product online from StyleMelon. We believe that shopping is much more fun activity to do with friends and family by visiting stores and buying from it.
Your information remains confidential and secured with us, we don't share it with anyone. At registration we require your name, mobile number and gender. Your name and gender to personalize your shopping experience and mobile number for sending you cashback information.
There are two ways to earn Melons by an user on StyleMelon.
i.By uploading bills of qualified merchant within 48 hours of purchase.
ii.By Referring his/her friend to register and upload bill on StyleMelon.
An user can check out the total Melons earned on their account page.
Before Redeeming Melons, the users has to verify their mobile number. After the mobile number is verified then the user can redeem melons by clicking the Redeem Melon tab in the user account section. At the same time, your Melons balance will be reduced by the amount you have requested to redeem.
An user can redeem melons in form of e-vouchers once they have a minimum balance of 500 Melons in their user account.
On an average it will take 3-4 working days for StyleMelon to send the e-vouchers on your registered email account, this voucher you can use for free gift redemption.
Currently 1 Melon = Rs 1
The StyleMelon team verifies the bill, once verified your melons are credited to your account. It usually take 3-4 working days for the melons to be added. If even after 3 days there is a problem of melons not received then please contact us at support@stylemelon.com with your name and bill details.
Instead of a physical gift card, StyleMelon would send user an email gift card or e-voucher on the registered email id.
The e-voucher would be sent to your registered email account.
E-Voucher can be used just like any other email gift card.

An user can refer a friend by login into StyleMelon My account -> Refer a Friend.
There are various way of referring your friend
i. Sharing your unique referral code directly to your friend
ii. Sending an email to your friend with the StyleMelon referral code for registering
iii. Sharing your referral code through social media platform like Whatsapp, Facebook, Twitter and so on
Currently StyleMelon allows an user to refer max 10 friends.
An user will only get cashback if the following conditions are met. Members get one-time bonus of 25 melon for per referral to both referrer and referral, when the referred member upload a bill of Rs. 500 or more from one of the qualifying merchants on StyleMelon.com. The referral will also get the standard 2.5% cash back of the bill amount.
A user can update his information by login into StyleMelon.com. My Account -> Profile -> Edit.
A user can update his information by login into StyleMelon.com. My Account -> Profile -> Edit your mobile number. An OTP will be sent to the new mobile number for authentication purpose.
This may be network issues. Kindly wait for some time or request again for the OTP by clicking on "Re-send the OTP button" on the OTP screen.
There are three steps to upload a bill on StyleMelon.
I. Select the brand of whose bill is uploading
II. Browse and select the image
III. Click the Upload button
IV. Email will be sent to your account with the bill upload message
After you upload the bill, you will see the uploaded bill and its status.
Bill can either be Accepted, Rejected or Pending
An user can earn upto 2.5% of the bill amount as melons with maximum of 50 Melons per bill.

Yes you can upload the bill of the fashion brand/retailer which is not listed by selecting the option as Other Brands and One lucky user will be awarded 50 Melons every week. Also we will make sure to list the same brand as soon as possible so that you can earn guaranteed rewards points on your future shopping bills(Verified one's). So make sure you upload your all in-store shopping bill regardless whether they are listed or not.
